Terms of service
The rules that apply when you use bonk as a customer.

1. Acceptable use
By browsing or buying on bonk you agree to these terms. Use the platform for lawful personal shopping only. Don't try to disrupt the service, scrape data at scale, or impersonate other users.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any orders placed from your account. Notify us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Orders and pricing
Each order is a contract between you and the store that listed the product. Prices, stock, and delivery times are shown at checkout. We confirm orders by email and the store handles fulfilment.
4. Payment
All orders on bonk are paid in cash on delivery. You pay the carrier when your order arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees.
5. Returns and refunds
If a product is defective or doesn't match the listing, you can return it within 7 days. Each store has its own return policy, shown on the product page. Refunds are processed by the store.
6. Liability
bonk is a marketplace. We don't manufacture or warehouse the products listed by stores. We do our best to verify sellers, but the contract for each order is with the store. Our liability is limited to the order total.
