How do I place an order?
Find a product, click Add to cart, then go to checkout. Fill in your name, phone, address, and pick your wilaya. You'll see the delivery price for each store before confirming.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your wilaya and the store you bought from. You'll see the estimated delivery time on each store's checkout summary.
How does cash on delivery work?
You pay the carrier in cash when your order is delivered. The price is exactly what you saw at checkout — no extra fees, no card needed.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was advertised, you can return it within 7 days. Each store has its own return policy on the product page.
How do I track my order?
Once you sign in, your orders appear under My account → My orders. You'll see the current status and delivery progress for each one.
Do I need an account to order?
No, but signing up makes checkout faster — your details are remembered and you can track your orders. We'll never sell your data.
What if I order from multiple stores?
Each store delivers separately, so you'll get a few packages and pay each delivery price once. You'll see the breakdown clearly at checkout.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page, or message us on WhatsApp. We answer within a few hours during business days.
